      I purchased tickets for several events at GenCon, which will take place in August. At the time of purchase, their system allowed for two tickets to be purchased per event, and I purchased many tickets because my business partner and I are flying in from ********* and plan to spend pretty much the entire convention playing a specific card game while there. These were purchased on the 22nd of May at about 4am my time. Ten days later I was sent an email stating that the tickets were meant to be one per person per the entire convention and that I will be forcibly refunded for all but one of the tickets I purchased starting on June 5th. Gen Con has not provided me with evidence that it is legal or allowable for them to renege on the contract they have made by taking my money, and I would like them to honour the tickets I have purchased. Can you please help me in negotiating this, as I live in ********* and it is already very expensive to invest in coming to the event. In addition, I have lost out on the opportunity to purchase tickets to other events I would have attended had these rules been in place at the time of purchase. Thank you for your help.
