    P* locked up and instructed to call them. Tech gave me a secret password in case a different person called. Received a call stating personal info was compromised. This after they installed their 6 tiers of protection guaranteed for 3 years. The tech knew the password so I followed his instructions to purchase money cards to track who was stealing the money. It turned out to be him/them. $2500.00 later I realized something was wrong and refused to pay more. Someone called recently to say the protection they installed was not compatible with my computer. They wanted to issue a refund for the ****** they charged. To do that they would need my checking account info which I will not provide. I noticed when they were fixing my computer, they used tools that are available for free to clean the * drive. The whole time I thought they were helping me; they were actually laying the groundwork for a scam. Shame on me.
