      1/24/25 Charge on my **** credit card for fitnessquestapp $19.99 I have never done business with a fitness app. I'm 76 years old and couldn't use anyway!! Why is there a charge for this on my **** CC bill?

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We want to assure you that Fitness Quest takes this issue very seriously. Unfortunately, it appears that an unauthorized entity is illegally using our company name to process fraudulent credit card charges. We do not have a location in **********, nor do we have a Fitness App that we use. 
      We have already reported this fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities and are actively working to resolve the situation. However, at this time, we have not received a resolution. Since these charges are not being processed through our legitimate business accounts, we are unable to issue any refunds. We strongly recommend that you dispute the charges with your credit card company or bank, as they can assist in reversing unauthorized transactions.
      We sincerely regret any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

      Signed up for a month to month account ******** was not satisfied. I requested a cancelation to my membership 07.11.24 in person at UP Facility fully aware that my agreement and payment collected up front on 06.06.24 covered fist and last month (Aug) and informed that my July payment collected at the time of my request to cancel should be my last payment and in alignment with the 30day notice to cancel policy ad pet contact. Despite my request to cancel contract additional membership fees for August, September were charged and an additional Annual Dues totaling $129 its been a very frustrating and displeasing experience to resolve this issue where phone tag games, and a round ***** of sales associates assure that the issue is escalating to management where a refund can be issued bur zero response and contact after that. Associates who service calls fail to direct calls, and seem to gate keep points of contact to further complicate a simple process.

      I texted ********************************* at the Fitness Quest in **************** on March 26th to cancel my membership. He assured me it would be canceled and that I wouldnt have any future charges. I have since had three separate charges of $68.20 on 4/8, $229.90 on 5/8, and another $68.20 on 6/8.After reviewing my account and seeing the unauthorized charges, I texted ******* again on 6/11. He nor Fitness Quest have refunded me or given me a date of when I will be refunded after daily texts to ******* since. I want a full refund of $366.40 immediately.

      Fitness Quest has issued a refund on 6/24/2024 for the monthly dues and annual fee drafted for ***** totaling $366.30 back to the card it was drafted from.  Her membership was also cancelled and she will not have any further charges.  We apologize for missing the cancellation.
