    I ordered a table and chairs from Overstock and it showed that Ceva logistics would deliver it on or around June 4. After 21 attempts to contact Ceva with ZERO response about the location and over 2 weeks after June 4, I canceled my order and reordered the same product. Now I'm in the same position. The package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and there are NO updates online available as to the whereabouts of my table and chairs. I have tried calling, emailing and texting the company and NO ONE has ever responded with ANY information. I don't know how I'm supposed to ever receive my table and chairs before winter!!!!!

    Item purchased through Amazon. Ceva scheduled delivery **** 14 from 9-1. No show no call. Called ceva after several attempts to contact them someone finally answers. Rescheduled delivery date **** 16,2022 9-1pm with 30 min prior phone call. They come at 5:15pm with box 1 of 2. Delivery men were unaware of the other box and tell us to call the office. Next day, after several attempts to reach someone, including being hung up on after a 40 min hold, someone answers at their ********* location. She assures me they have the other package (****) and schedules a delivery window **** 18, 2022 from 9-1pm.**** 18 no one shows, no call. Called Ceva and the operator said she cant help us but she would give them my name and number to return my call. They require a signature for delivery but do not withhold their delivery time window. I paid for delivery, I expect delivery when scheduled. 3 days of missed delivery times is too much.
