    My gas fireplace was cleaned. The next day my glass shattered. ****** said I need to replace my glass. I have no fireplace. He refuses to reply to me. Im tired of people who dont back up their work.

    I was in the process of selling my home and the buyers wanted to verify the two gas fireplaces were functional. It was critical to get a professional to get the fireplaces started again. The fireplaces had been turned off for a long long time, pilot lights turned off (which now I know is a big no no) and gas turned off. ****** worked me into his schedule because of my time crunch. He was honest, treated me fairly and did not try to take advantage of me being a widow. ****** was knowledgeable of Napoleon brand and got both fireplaces working again! I would recommend ******.
