    My family inquired about this company's services June 2023. We were told it would take about a week for the job to get done. We were given a bid for $4200 that was due when the job was complete. The agreement was to complete the job in August to paint and do the gutters along with the free gutter guards. They started on the job August 21 and it was 80% complete on 9/1/2023. We were very patient and understanding with this company and reached out several times for when the job was going to be completed. There were days there were no response and they didn't show up. When the owner ***** requested payment on 9/1/2023, I was hesistant on paying the full amount because the job wasn't done yet. I offered to pay most of it and would pay the rest when they have completed everything. I explained why I didn't want to give the full amount until the job was done. This upset him. I ended up paying the full amount and he promised he would come back and finish the job. That was Sept 1. It is now 10/1/2023. In our most recent texts he said he agreed to complete the job before 10/1/2023, I have reached out to him 14 times since 9/1/2023 and are still waiting for them to complete the job. All I am requesting is for the job to be completed ASAP because we have paid them full.

    The gutter guards have been installed.  The chimney and touch *** still need to be done, however trusses still need to be installed prior to.
