    1. Date of the transaction On July 11, 2022 I had SOUND ************************ BLDG *** start the remodel of the front of my house. The amount of money you paid the business I have currently paid ten thousand - $10,000 dollars in two checks of $5000 each from my bank.3. What the business committed to provide you Remodeling of the front facade of my house. Description from his invoice...Front of House Remodeling Labor - $6,550 Labor for Replacement of main front window.Labor for Replacement of Front Door Labor for Replacement of Trim boards around new window and door, Garage door and lower front window.Labor for Installation of new siding across entire front face of house. Including garage.Labor for Trim fabrication and installation across front of house as requested. Front of House Remodeling Materials - $4,750 Materials: New *********************** Siding for front face of house and garage.House wrap Fasteners Adhesives Trim Boards Caulking 4. What the nature of the dispute is The original quote was for all the work was $11,300.00 and I have paid $10,00.00 upfront and ONLY maybe 30% percent of the work has been completed. He did not purchase $4,750 of materials for the project, maybe around $2000 - $2500 **** Also they hardly have spent any time on the project, about 70 hours ****He came to the house on Monday July 25th stating that he wanted an additional $2000 dollars to keep working on the project and I said I was not comfortable with that since I had already paid him $10,000 for the project and not more than 30% has been completed.He yelled at me that he wasnt going to continue unless he got another $2000 and I said Im not going to pay you the final amount. I had to fire him and call the police as he tried to steal the site materials.I want a $5000 dollar refund for non-completion and shoddy workmanship.

    ***************************** the owner Sound Renovation & Building LLC is a LIAR AND A CHEAT!

    It's clear that ***************************** the owner Sound Renovation & Building LLC doesn't want to make this fraud and theft right. I AM VERY SAD THAT I CHOSE HIS COMPANY AND SERVICE. I will be proceeding forward with legal action.
