    In January 2023 my car battery died and I couldn't get it to the shop to have the battery replaced, so I contacted Your Mechanic the person came out to my residence and replaced the battery and today I went to get a smog check done and found they didn't reset my obd EVAP and oxy senser, I asked them kindly if they could come and reset it for me, they refused most adamant, they told me I would have to pay more money to have someone come out and I already paid them over $300 to have the battery replaced which is way to much. These people were very rude to me. I was overcharged for the battery replacement and they couldn't finish the job by resetting the obd EVAP and oxy snsr

    I contacted you this morning to talk about your complaint and while I do feel for your situation as we as a company finish all services especially that of assisting customers in something as simple as a obd reset. Only to find out there is confusion with the correct company. We only service ****************, not *********, ******. Please let the better business know that there's been a mistake. If you give the better business bureau the information on your digital receipt they will be able to Target this complaint to the company that is liable.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thecompany contacted me andit was the wrong companythat I put the  complaint in.  *********** is Your Mechanic  phone number **********  Address: ******************************************************** 98104.

    Please resubmit this claim against the company Your Mechanic.  I apologise for the  wrong contact information.
