  The following are the emailed invoices we received,  different total. No writing on bottom of invoice.

  Pictures of table and chairs,  the table was the brown color you see on parts of chairs that were not damaged.

  Miracles Solutions LLC is a new company and in the year of running we have never had a dissatisfied customer and to ******* and ********************* I do apologize sincerely for all inconveniences I have caused you and for all misunderstandings in our communication. We had completed a soft wash service on 10/19/23 for three roofs and had verbally over the phone warned **** about any furniture or ********** he didn't want our cleaning solution getting backsplash onto, along with written warnings on the estimate. I will take fault in not being more cautious by not checking all surroundings of the house before starting as it was a larger property, the solution used was a 4% mix of liquid chroline which is not very hot and in the process of sparying solution on the roof there was some over-spray on a wooden table located closer than 10ft from the house. This table was quite dirty and far from the original color which caused the solution to leave spots that were cleaned and made uneven spots of clean and dirty wood. In the process the table was never damaged or broken but just required a cleaning, which I offered right away and was first directed by owner to use his product made for his type of table and unfortunately owner was not satified with the results so I offered to come back and try another method which was denied because owner was dissatisfied with the dates of availability. **** had me move along with another paid worker his table up across his three properties to store which he then wanted moved back because he needed room for his boat, which I repiled with having to pay for non related labor that didnt ******* to cleaning the table. All in all I am still very willing to come back and fix the issue and apologize again for all the troubles.

  Dear Sirs;

  In regard to the service and notification to cover our property was not told to ** or on any written document. 

  We have also filed fraudulent claims to The *************************** of ***** & Industries, for falsification of Insurance "*********************************************************" has never heard of "Miracle Solution, LLC" that was emailed to us. 

  The table was not damaged or dirty, the color and condition were excellent condition. The table had some pine needles on it from the wind. 

  When **** returned to look at the damage he said, "I should have covered this, I am really sorry. I have a guy that does woodwork." **** was outside at the time with ****, and I was inside at the window listening to him and viewing them talking. ****'s woodwork guy was the one that wanted to move the table to our garage shop above the house up our driveway, he had another young man with him. They carried up the table and chairs, washed off the table and then put in in our shop garage and said they would return soon.

  Our invoice does not show the cover of anything. He took full responsibility for that when he saw the table. The total price on our invoice is also different.

With the verbal warnings given prior Im being very understanding and have not once turned you down to finish the repair and the offer still remains the same.
