  A square roof vent blew off my house, leaving an open hole. This happened on a Saturday evening. Fortunately there was no chance of rain in the forecast, so it wasn't as urgent as it felt. I called and left a message for Guardian Roofing on Saturday night. They contacted me by text on Sunday night stating they would be in contact with me on Monday. They did call me Monday and we scheduled an appt. for the estimator to come that afternoon. He got stuck in traffic, so we reset to Tuesday. The estimator, *******, arrived and did an inspection, took a video and then reviewed his estimate with me. He was friendly, professional, explained everything very clearly and honestly, based on my interaction with him, I decided to hire Guardian to do the repair job. The job was scheduled for Thursday. ******* arrived at the time stated and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and cleaned up completely, leaving no sign that he was there. Guardian will be my first call for future work that I may need done.

  Overall it was a great experience. The technician was on time, friendly and professional. He did a fabulous job and was here intill the project was completed . I'm sorry I don't remember his name.

  Work done by ***** was fantastic. Highly appreciated. Management fails on this one. I had a $250. Coupon but they wont accept it. They say it was figured into the job estimate. NO discussion during estimate NO mention on my copy of estimate NO offer to fix the problem. IF you chose to do business with Guardian get EVERYTHING IN WRITING, including coupons, etc. If not you will be paying more.

  *** came out to help us consider replacing the concrete tile roof on our home. *** was very generous with his time and expertise. He did a great job explaining the various options, pros and cons. He took the time to help us understand the findings from his initial inspection, and he suggested repair and maintenance of the existing roof would likely be more economical than replacing it. They have gained my trust with the initial visit, and I am looking forward to seeing how their pricing compares to other prospects.

  The Good Very happy with the roofing job and the roofing lead (***** *.) was great to deal with. The service technician (****** *.) who came out to complete some remaining punch list items and fix the insulation baffles not properly installed was awesome. The Bad Absolutely DO NOT let this company include insulating your attic if you re-roof with them. No single point of contact to talk with concerning issues. We dealt with at least 6 different people during the job. One of the biggest problems of this whole ordeal was the lack of communication between what the sales person told us was included (and documented) in the price and what the insulation crew thought they were doing. Nothing but trouble with the insulation phase of the job. After cutting a hole in the new roof (they never asked to look inside the lower attic thru the inside access), they said there was not enough room for them to get into the attic. After several calls to the main office (no single point of contact) they chose to remove about 20% of the new **** on the lower attic to gain access. Several baffles were not installed correctly in both the lower and upper attic and had to be corrected before we made final payment. Proper blocking was not done around the inside lower access panel resulting in insulation falling down on you when the panel was opened. The mold treatment had to be done twice since the first time they only spot treated areas. We were told we would have to leave for 2 hours during the treatment yet we were never asked to leave! Once all the rework was complete, we requested a price adjustment due to the insulation job issues but they refused since we had apparently been given a deal on the original estimate WTF? They did offer to come out a second time for their ************* cleaning service called GPP (once was included in the original price) however we had to ask them to put it in writing on the final bill. NEVER AGAIN!

  ******* did a great job installing the new peak vent. The roof cleaning was very good. Were really pleased with the work ******* did.
