    At this location we wont have to have more work done, but I would use Vanguard Roofing if I ever needed roof repairs somewhere else. We had our roof totally redone, including five replacement skylights, a new gutter system, and venting. While roofs are expensive we were given three options, each was thoroughly explained, and we were allowed to choose what worked best for us. Great communications. The staff working on our project were terrific. Polite, timely, very hard working, and considerate.

    *****'s got it goin' on! I'm writing as the ranch manager for a hobby operation in ********* - I take care of the place, critters and facility both, with the owner/boss signing any paperwork and checks.About 8-10 days ago, I noticed that the metal roofing sheets on our 100+ year old barn, with 45 degree slope, and 50-ish feet in the air, were starting to "wave" at us anytime the breeze blew due to the nails backing out when the barn flexed in the windstorms that went through this past winter. Lined up a list of "roof repair" outfits, and started going down it calling for estimates. Got down the list to Vanguard Roofing on 4/19 about noon, he arrived to give us a quote by about 4 that afternoon. Price sounded good, but had other estimators scheduled for the weekend, so didn't pull the trigger YET. Other estimators showed up over the weekend. All wanted crazy amounts. (One actually tried to insist that we absolutely MUST do a $30K complete tear-off and roof rebuild using pathetically inferior asphalt shingles, when all that was actually needed was somebody with the safety gear to get up there and s**** the existing panels back down!) **** looked over the various offers, and told me "do it!" to *****'s quote late Sunday night. Monday morning (today) about 7:30 AM, texted to tell him "You've got the job, let's make it happen." He responded ***be 5 minutes later with "We'll be there about 9:30". 9:00, ***be 9:05, he rolls up with his crew. 11:30, ***be it was closer to noon-ish, the loose panels were screwed down solid, buttoned up tight, and good to go, and the rest of the roof checked. Two "escaped" nails (that *** have fallen out on their own - I've been finding and picking up the same kind of nails a couple times a month for the last couple of years) and one dropped s**** were all the "mess" that was left - took me a whopping 15 seconds or so to pick 'em up so our livestock wouldn't find 'em with their feet. Overall, excellent job! Keep on rockin' *****!

    I highly recommend using Vanguard Roofing LLC. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Answered all questions, addressed any concerns and was very thorough. The job was done very efficiently.

    Vanguard Roofing did an excelling job replacing our residential roof. I chose Vanguard because they offer an exceptional warranty. I was also very impressed by the pre-bid inspection that ***** did. He was the only roofer who bid on our project that crawled through our attic to get a better sense of how much plywood would need replaced. Throughout the process, ***** did a great job answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. In the end, he even gave ** a bit of a refund because he didn't end up replacing quite as many sheets of plywood as he had estimated. If you need an honest, reliable roofer who will do a quality job and give you a great warranty for a competitive price, choose Vanguard!
