    A Advanced Septic: Predatory Practices Hidden Behind Polite Promises Our experience with A Advanced Septic was one of the worst consumer interactions weve ever had. What began as a routine septic inspection quickly revealed a troubling business model: the same company that inspects your system also stands to profit from any deficiencies they identifycreating a clear and dangerous conflict of *********** our case, the inspection felt subjective and lacked clear, documented justification for the issues they claimed required repair. The interaction rapidly devolved into a high-pressure sales pitch, ending with a fraudulent charge on our credit card, made without our authorization. This wasnt just disappointingit was deceptive and unethical.Even more frustrating is A Advanceds response to accountability. While they publicly claim to work hard to resolve concerns, our repeated attempts to engage them directly were met with silence or generic, dismissive replies. It appears their focus is more on damage control than meaningful customer service.Its baffling that a company employing such questionable tactics maintains a decent rating. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. Seek a truly independent inspector, and dont ignore the red flags.Protect yourself. Learn from our mistake. And think twice before trusting A Advanced Septic.

    Mr. **************** you for investing your time in providing transparent feedback on your service experience for the work performed at your property. I truly want to apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

    As a licensed septic provider, A Advanced Septic Services is required to report the observed condition of any system components we inspect or service based on the standards provided by the health department.When we began to perform the drainfield maintenance as proposed in the estimate you had signed to approve, we gained more information that ultimately changed the course of action we intended. From the initial inspection service, it appeared there were two corrugated pipe laterals leaving the distribution box.Upon exposing the drainfield laterals, it was found that one drainfield lateral was only corrugated pipe within the first foot, and tied into concrete tile for the remaining extent of the 21-foot drainfield lateral. The second drainfield lateral was 61 feet in length and made of corrugated pipe material, there was also ponding observed at the end of this drainfield lateral. The change in material of the drainfield pipe indicated that modifications or repairs had been made to the system. When further research was conducted, the only documented record drawing we were able to locate for this system was from 2018 comprised of a gravity system with one drainfield lateral and no distribution box. We were unable to locate any other recognized record drawings, or repair permits for the system. Based on WAC246-272A-0265,  ***************************** requires all modifications to a septic system drainfield to be recorded through the local health jurisdiction, and since there were undocumented modifications to the system we could not proceed with any further maintenance in the drainfield at that time. While any drainfield maintenance is estimated and billed as a package service and payment is due at the time of service, with consideration of the time the crew was on site and your frustration with the communication experience, we were able to offer a refund for half of the amount agreed upon in the accepted estimate.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Bottom line... They charged my credit card without authorization and committed fraud.

    They cannot produce an authorization of the charge to my card
    They cannot produce an invoice or any support for the amount charged
    And, I've reversed the charge to my card through the credit card fraud process and A Advanced has not fought this because they know they acted inappropriately... 

    This company is acting unethically, and it shows up in reviews all over Yelp / ***** / etc...
