    This Business is terrible! They came out to fix my Sprinkler System 2x and now it does not work again! They never answer the phone or reply to messages and emails. They charged me $420.00 for c*** work. I will file in small claims court if I do not hear back from them soon.

    I hired ******* Rain as I was new to sprinkler systems and my new house had one. I knew they were higher priced than most but but their schedule worked with mine and they were a local business, which I like to support. They quoted me a price per hour for the crew but when I got the bill, it was per person and the time was padded as they crew sat in front of my house not moving for about 30 minutes. So the bill should have been around $200 and came in at $513. This was for 2 people for about an hour and includes $15 in parts. When I questioned it, they agreed it was incorrect but the new bill just took the extra person off and split the cost among the other line items. How horrible to be ripped off by a local business! I will never use them again!
