      In June 2nd, 2022, I hired ******************* from Efficient Communication Solutions to install the security cameras for our restaurant. After a couple meets with *** and he convinced me to trust on his business that they will provide an excellent customer services. They installed 8 cameras. At the time of installation, all cameras are working. The cameras are still working but the recording was hit and miss, especially the camera did not record on the crime event and we need those recording. 1/24/23 I contacted *** and discuss about the warranty, which is indicating on the contract agreement of 1 year of ECS Warranty on ECS Labor/Workmanship, ******************* is covered by Manufacture warranty. I told him that we have the crime event incident on 1/19/23, the camera did not recording the odd event when the suspect break in. The camera recording hit and miss and not recording the whole time. I requested for Technician to check the camera to find out why it recording hit and miss and did not record the odd time that the suspect break in, stolen, ran out etc. *** said he will send the technician to check, but he will charge for the service that technician to come and check on cameras. This is unfair of customer service. Nobody want to work with the business like ECS, who is not stand up behind for their services. This is my ****** to learn that we don't know that business is good or not until we are facing the problem with their products/services, then we will know that they are good business are not a good business.
