      On December 22, 2022 *************************** (husband) called Pro-Tow for a road side services call. ****** and Pro-Tow agreed on the amount of $774.60. First employee **** showed up and stated that he was unequipped to provide services for this particular call and leaves. Second employee ******* shows up and claims to replace purge valve kit (which was never replaced by Pro-Tow, replaced by ****** on January 2, 2023). Tow truck was then called out, no agreement was made regarding the cost of tow or the hourly rate. Truck and trailer were then towed 2.6 miles down the road, truck only was towed 33 miles. A total of 36 minutes of towing was provided as shown in Ronnies logs. Once arrived at Pro-Tow truck was placed in the heated bay to unthaw frozen blockages for an hour. We were charged a total of $977.60 for road side services, $65.78 for purge valve kit, $78.48 for supplies, environmental $137.51, mileage fee $9.00, out of call fee $127.00, combo tow (2.6 @ $497.00 hourly) $1,292.20, hourly tow (**** @ $336.00 hourly) $1,041.60, in shop (2 @ $164.00 hourly) $328.00, processing fee $230.60. ****** tried to fix charges but employees were very argumentative and began threatening ****** to hold truck and add additional charges. Invoice was then paid by *************************** and upon entering the truck ****** realized ***** gallons of fuel had been siphoned from the truck. A claim has also been made by myself *************************** through the ******************* for overcharges regarding the tow and are currently being investigated. One of the transactions are currently being disputed through the bank and still under investigation in the amount of $1,130.00. Services, supplies, part replacements, towing hours, and in shop hours are incorrect on invoice.
