    On November 1, 2024, I placed an online order for ***** ****** North Men's Boot M3187B-E-10 Propet which were in stock. On Fri. Nov. 15, 24, I went to my local post office & provided the following Tracking No.: 1Z8543740340795249, to which she replied this number is not associated ****** On Mon. Nov. 18, 24 I called: ************ & spoke w/Cust Agent ***** who explained that Propet doesn't ship to POB. (I provided my pob on the order form unaware *** doesn't ship to POB. I provided ***** w/my home address: (******************************************). She said: will send order from east coast **************** would receive boots by next Fri. Nov. 22, but no package arrived. I am requesting a full refund of $137.75.

    Please be advised of the following information I received from Propet, **************** Rep.,  ***** ******:

    Email from ***** Tues. Nov. 26 @ 1:49     She will resend shoes to home address.  She also apologized
    Email from ***** Tues. Nov. 26 @ 6:49     Received info regarding my refund stating my requested amount had been refunded back to my card.

    NOTE:     Last Saturday or Sunday "received shoes" unannounced, which didn't fit.  Shoes had no shipping label
                     I did receive refund back on my card

    ******, can you please contact ***** ********************) & ask her to mail me a free packing slip asap.  Fourteen days from now shoes need to be returned.

    For your help & time regarding the above matter will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for all your previous help regarding this matter.

    Customer should have no "complaint" at this point.  We can send him return instructions but have already refunded his purchase as a courtesy since he had advised that the shipment never arrived.

    Bought two pairs of shoes from their website, *******************************************. One was too small and one was too big. Attempted to contact the seller to return the shoes several times over the course of several days with absolutely no response.

    We have refunded 2 items that were returned.  One of them appears to have a payment dispute reported to Paypal, so possibly there is an issue that needs to go to Paypal.

    I don't know how this customer attempted to contact us, we have no emails or contacts with our website that we can see.

    I left several messages on the vendors website, and sent several emails. I still havent received the refund for the second pair of shoes. This has been the worst online shopping experience with any business ever. I will warn everyone I know of this companys dishonest practices.

    I returned both pairs of shoes, but have not yet received a refund for the second pair. I also just checked PayPal and there is no dispute on the charge. I returned the shoes as soon as Propet finally sent me a shipping label, which Propet took a long time to finally send after several repeated requests.

    The second return has been refunded.  We did attempt to refund this but earlier attempts would not successfully process in Paypal.

    Emails for return processing were responded to.  That is how the return label was provided.

    All my clothes from Kohls are ** not 2XL so I shop in regular department yet. I also say I got this from my mom who was trading cash for it to buy for me so.. they the boots were expected to be as it reads wide calf boot but will not zip over my legs which as I suspect somewhere I could find ones that does so I would like a $154.00 refund as it was bought from kohls but is not theirs to refund runnable items smaller I will say I own four pairs of the same shoes from DSW that I love and bought before spending $65 x 4 on so I do have a preference for Propet plus my religion becomes because of a Prophet so Prophecy is my beginning thing as such Im not here to put you down but to gather your attention to the boot that wasnt as trusty as a leg size coming through if you would I only want a corporate check for the boots I cannot wear

    I ordered two pairs of shoes from Propet. One pair was too large for husband and I returned it promptly using the same box and Propet prepaid return *** shipping label. Propet states received but still has not credited account.11/5/2022 Ordered shoes and received in one week; 11/17 sent back ******** shoes SKU M5503BR-X-13 thru ***; 12/2 I had not received refund so called ************, talked to Tesami ********. She said they were behind on their returns and wait another week. I sent a copy of the return document to ********************************************* 12/3 Sent another online email to their general account asking for assist, no response; 12/9 called again and got switched to ***** in accounting, said the Return # RMA0027858 had been applied and that she would do the credit and I'd see it in 1 to 2 business days.];12/17 - it has been 5 business days and still no credit. Each time I've called, I was met with excuses and being put on hold. It is not like I am cheating and claiming BOTH shoes I ordered in a return, I am claiming the ONE that I returned which is a legitamite return.I used Propet's return shipping label and handed it directly to *** personnel. It has been 5+ weeks since return. When calling, there are long hold times only to be given the run around. The employees are nice but they are just pushing the problem off and feels like there is NO intention to refund.The cost was $124.95 plus tax - I want this reimburse and credited to the credit card ending **** that I used when purchasing.I have never had a problem with a return being credited until working with Propet. This is very disappointing and unfair to purchasers when trying to return product which was too large. It was never worn or damaged in any way.
