    Contacted company at beginning of May. Was contacted a few days later to try and schedule coming in at the beginning of June. No response. A few days later I asked about specific days of the week in the beginning of June. The next day I was told that as long as I gave him a few days notice, I could come in whenever. At the end of May, I asked specifically about coming in on the 31st. In response, I was told his schedule was "unpredictable" and I was asked to give him any other times I would be available, including on the coming weekend. I gave him my availability and didn't hear back before the 31st. We then agreed on me coming in on the weekend, on the 5th, and I explained that I'm not in *******, but on the Eastside, so it will take some time. I also stated I needed to order prints to have by the end of June for an event. I dropped off my originals, was asked to pay through Venmo once the scans were complete, and I returned home anxious because there was no documentation of what I had dropped off. I therefore emailed him to confirm what I had dropped off and it was confirmed, 2 12x16 pieces of art, and 4 4*6 pieces.On June 12th I asked if the coming Tuesday would be good for me to come and pick up my art, still not having received the files I was told would be uploaded for download before then. We confirmed and he emailed back that he should be uploading the files by the next day (13th). On the 13th I asked where I could find the files and he explained he was still preparing them. On the 14th I asked for the files again, and picked up the originals. He said he'd upload files immediately if I liked the proofs. He uploaded the 2 large files and said the rest were coming. The next day, he uploaded 3 of my 4 small files and explained he mistakenly scanned one of them twice and did not scan the fourth that I'd paid for. I now have to expedite shipping on my prints for the event, and don't even have all of them. I'd like a refund for the 4*6 batch w/tax.
