    I have a box at *** store #****. A package shipped through the **** was to be delivered to my box at the this *** store. When I received notice from the shipper that the box had been delivered on 12/2/23, I visited the *** store. I was told that it hasn't been checked yet and that I would get an email when it was checked in. When I still hadn't received an email the next day I checked the tracking number and it gave the name of the *** store employee who signed for it. I called the *** store and was told it hadn't been delivered. When I told them that someone from their store signed for it they said someone would call me back. After several phone calls, multiple emails, and some digging around the store and the **** office, ******, the store owner told me I had to file and official inquiry with the ****, that the *** store has no responsibility for the package and are failing to stand behind the delivery confirmation because they say they signed for a 'group' of packages not for a single package. I filed the issue with **** and they are saying *** signed for a specific pakage and that the geo location says it was delivered. ****** offered a 3 month extension on my box which was a joke. I can't replace the item with an extension on the mailbox. I've had to call the *** corporate office to initiate a complaint there and am waiting on resolution. As of today, I'm out almost $200 right before Christmas. I guess 'delivery confirmation' doesn't apply to this *** store. I wish I had known that before renewing my box.

    This morning I received a call from our local ***** It seems that when the package was delivered to the *** store, it went out on a *** truck  before it was checked in and ended ** in the ********* *** Customer Care center.  ***  alerted our local **** this morning and someone from our local **** picked it up and brought it back to the local post office where I picked it up a few minutes ago.  I'm standing behind my complaint as the store's policy of not standing behind a delivery confirmation signature is still the issue at hand.  I was lucky.  While I understand their argument behind not signing for individual packages, it puts the customer at a distinct disadvantage should their package become lost or stolen after it arrives at the store. The sender is paying **** for a delivery confirmation that is basically useless on delivery to a box at the *** store.

    Went into store 7042(owned by this business) on 12/27 around 3p. Waited in line to pickup package that has been there for 2 days and was told it isnt checked in. The guy helping us said he was going to work through the rest of the line and then check our package in. I asked if he could please help us first, since we had been waiting in line already. He said no. I said what a joke and walked to the side where he told me to wait. He said, yeah its a big f****** joke. Get the f*** out of my store. So I walked out. When I got there, one employee sounded like he was taking a complaint phone call. The lady working at the counter said Id have hung up on that phone call ages ago. Once the employee finished the complaint call, he walked right out the back door. The lady walked after him and the employee who eventually helped me told her to let him go. While I was waiting in line, the lady at the counter answered the phone multiple times and just hung up. Said she didnt have time. She said, oh, youre gon be mad at me. I hung up on another b**** Dont got time for this. This experience quite literally traumatized me. I would personally like to make sure the franchise owner is aware of how that store is operating. This is unacceptable.
