    I spent $259 on a textbook on August 28, 2024. My account on their website says I earned $51.80 in cashback but it has been "pending" since August. I have contacted the site at least four times about this issue and haven't received a reply.

    Thanks for the opportunity to respond. 

    In our terms of service we state that transactions can take 90 days to clear - "Cash Back payments subject to a ************************************************* cancellations"

    The 90 days has not passed since this patron completed their transaction, and therefore it has not been moved from pending to approved.

    Direct Textbook gave editing credit to *********************** and this is incorrect .she is not contracted to edit the book. Please remove her name.

    Direct Textbook did not add or give editing credit to **************************. The book information we show comes from ****** and other reputable third-part databases that provide book details. We do not take liberties with book descriptions nor have any need to do so. 

    We have contacted the author to explain this and our IT team has removed the additional name from the listing on Direct Textbook.
