    I purchased a Christmas shirt from Bristol Raye Clothing on ******** around December 9th 2023. I was emailed an invoice that I paid on December 12th or 13th. The invoice #**** for $25.88 the funds came out of my account on 12/13/23. I have not received the item and have reached out to ask for shipping information. I was never responded to by ************************* or ************************* both admins of the site. I saw yesterday they are back on ******** selling items again, which reminded me they didn't respond on shipping information.

    I placed an online order using the **************** page on September 25, 2022. All items had photos of the item. After receiving my item over 30 days later (more than 20 days beyond the listed turn around time) the item was a completely different style, shape, and color than what was pictured and ordered. After reaching out to the owner of the company she commented the item I ordered was never available for order. I would like to report false advertising.

    I ordered with Bain Boutique on 9/16/2022 for a total of $59.03. Order #****. The site does state ***** day shipping, understandable. I sent an email on day 14, 9/30/2022, checking on the status of my order since I had not received a shipping email. No reply. I reached out via Instagram on 10/3/2022, no reply there either. I sent a second email today, 10/5/2022, which is 19 days since the order was placed and still waiting for a response on the status of my order, and if something is not available, I'll just cancel the order. This is not my first encounter with them not responding to emails in a timely business matter, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they're a small business and local, I like the store and to support. I'm just unsure what to do, because it's almost 20 days, and the items I purchased were for my maternity photos and my baby, but I feel ghosted and like my money has been taken from me.
