    I went to this business to get a hair follicle done for my children for CPS as requested from *** I chose to use them as they were private company and not a big corporation that worked for *** thinking that my results would be expedited this company never even submitted my follicle to be tested. Weirdos she never told me that they didn't submit it they just continued to act like they were waiting for the results and we're not sure why it was taking so long they were also unable to return the money that I paid to have the result done in the first place I'm very upset about this and would like something done about it in the least my money returned ***** was the technician I was dealing with

    Ms. ****** came to my business and told me she wanted a drug screen to show that she was clean. I told her that I would have to contact my lab to get a hair follicle test sent to me because we don't have many clients that request them. I did a 10 Panel Urine test so she had something to show. At this time she informed me that this was not court ordered.

    I then contacted my lab, ****** & Associates and talked with them. They told me that they didn't want to do any hair follicle tests for any court proceedings due to the fact that they don't want to deal with being subpoenaed to court (They are located in *****).

    I told Ms. ****** this and she again insisted it wasn't for the courts. So i told her i would look for another lab that i could use. I contacted a couple other labs I use and was gathering information to pass on when she contacted me again and said she needed it done ASAP for the courts.

    I then informed her again that the labs i use do not do hair follicle tests for court. She was not happy.

    I did the rapid drug test and she got the immediate results and i charged accordingly. We did not do any hair follicle tests and we didnt charge her for any hair follicle tests.
