    1 paid Brimstone 130 dollars and sent two trigger packs back in July. I haven't heard anything back since then. I would like to know how much longer I am going to have to wait.

    Order placed April 12, 2024 to modify a new Ruger BX trigger provided by me to work smoother and add an extended clip release. I sent them a brand new $100 trigger to be worked on. They aknowledged receipt on April 22, 2024. I have emailed and called probably 10 times. They replied twice to emails saying they were behind but would get to it shortly. Most communications were just ignored. I have been asking for them to just cancel and send me my parts back. No response.

    Paid 90$ to Brimstone Gunsmithing along with sending a core trigger group to them to be worked on for the 90$. This was charged for on credit card in February of this year. Advertising stated they were aiming for a one week turnaround time. No services have been rendered to this date. I have reached out twice to them with no personal response from them other than a form letter to all customers. I am requesting that the credit card be refunded and the 10/22 trigger core that was sent to them be returned to me.Thank You,
