I had siding/windows/gutters done with Superior Exteriors and couldn't be happier. This is a big project and made me a little nervous but everyone I spoke to from the very beginning was absolutely awesome. They were very kind anytime I had a question, they responded quickly anytime I reached out and they have communicated throughout the project. This isn't something that was wrapped up in a day so I really appreciated the communication and explanations of the process and what to expect, they always did what they said they were going to do. The guys doing the siding/windows were great at communicating daily and ****** and ***** were awesome.

I picked Superior Exterior Systems after reading the reviews for 4 siding companies. I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with at Superior Exterior Sytems. Bassilii (the Siding) is such a hard worker and was a delight to have around. His work is superior. ***** was wonderful and a delight to work with. He took my calls even though I think I was supposed to be calling someone else. ****** was also a delight to work with. She is sweet. and was always pleasant when I called. I met many other folks that were great too. I feel everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. You will not be disappointed if you pick this company. From start to finish this company is Top Notch!We had out 100yr old home resided & painted. It looks brand new!We had a super informative estimate process with ****, that included all the "prepare fors" and "be aware ofs" with our older home. Great suggestions, designs and knowledge was shown throughout the entire process. He offered his professional opinions and expertise throughout the estimation process! Super communicative and always answered questions quickly!Their crew is professional, friendly, respectful, cleaned-up daily and worked together with ease. They quickly addressed additional concerns with us along the way. They did a great job repairing rot and did a thorough job all around!****** & Office Staff are great as well, communicated professionally and clearly in every phone call and email I received!The Superior Crew definitely went above and beyond with our project, would use them again in a heartbeat!Thanks so much!Superior Exterior Systems LLC

Review- Superior Exterior Systems Job May 16th to June 16th, 2022 Hardi Plank Siding Whole House Plus Painting We got bids from 4 different siding companies. Superior Exterior Systems (SES) was mid-range between them all. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. However, the final deciding factor was that they had the best reviews and easiest to understand proposal and presentation--great pictures by the way. Any time I had a questions or concerns, it was easy to get hold of the rep. by text of call. I always confirmed any agreements with a written correspondence by email (good business/legal practice). Good communication and follow through is the key to a positive experience.The job progressed seamlessly. Just before the job began, the Project Mgr., came out to do a walk around to inspect the exterior and determine any particulars of the job and answer any additional questions. Our siding crew consisted of a crew chief and 2 professional siding installers. Because of the size of our house, the siding installation took 3 weeks. We were fortunate that we only had one area of dry rot around a large window that needed the plywood replaced. This did not cost extra as it was already part of the bid. We also had them leave a bit of extra siding and trim for any potential issues in the future.Once the siding part was done, a light power wash of the house was done to remove any dust and debris before the paint crew came. SES works exclusively with one painting company. Our crew consisted of 2 painters. Once I chose the primary and trim colors, it only took 2 days for them to completely tape, mask and paint this house!! Last but not least, after the siding and painting, the electrician came by to reinstall all my lighting fixtures and outlets.Also a compliment to the support staff for their efficiency and professionalism.My house looks amazing!!Superior Exterior Systems LLC
