      i sent 2 emails to nova solution team on 02/02/2024 . regarding my annual *************** because i revd a late notice dated 01/22/24 .. however my check cleared the bank on 01/08/24 i am waiting for my information for the new website and my log in inform as a of today i haven't received any response back

      We do show receipt of your emails on 2/2 requesting login support and a temporary password was provided. We show this individual has two accounts with our company, one of which (Mill Pond at Lakeland) had the annual payment received and processed on 01/02/24, however the second account (************) has not been paid for the **** year - the received late letter is in reference to this ************ account which is currently outstanding.

Her customer service skills have shown her to be always approachable while consistently displaying sincerity, dedication, and professionalism to all community members. Dawns effective time management, communication techniques and capabilities of logical problem-solving skills have been instrumentally invaluable to our community operations.

      **** does a great job managing Oak Tree HOA. The Manager and Lifestyle person are so friendly and helpful. We feel very taken care of. ***************************** is lucky to have such a great team to help us older homeowners.***

      Managing Agent *********************** made a mistake in send out our Annual Meeting Letter with wrong date to 214 homeowners in our HOA. As a board member I requested a refund for the cost of printing, paper, envelopes, stamps. Couple hundred dollars and she never refunded our money. This company is a dishonest with not much integrity. Do not do business with them. Poor performance of management agent, their agents have too many properties and are overwhelmed/overworked and so much gets swept under the rugs.

      Any concerns related to mailed communication have been discussed and reviewed with the current ***** of ********** We capture the time spent by all team members on each community, to ensure managers are able to effectively work with the ***** of ********* in a collaborative manner.

      No response, no integrity, no communication whatsoever. I don't even know if humans are employed here. I made a payment over a month ago to zero out my account, AND set up auto pay to cover every following month. My next communication from them was a SECOND delinquent notice regarding a charge that I cannot find itemized on their very poorly presented online "portal". I have called them and left FIVE messages over a period of three weeks, and their only response was to issue a THIRD delinquent notice (with the amount owed now doubled, and STILL not itemized in any way). They are horrible, they do not have the integrity or courtesy to return calls, and I wish to god that my condo association had stayed with our former management company. I only wish I could give them a zero-star review.
