    Absolutely awful customer service. I was communicating with them through text and sent them all requested information. They stopped responding. I emailed to find out why and to get help to finish the application The *** clearly didn't read anything I wrote in multiple emails. He kept asking me for an updated invoice that I explained I didn't have. My partner called in and it turns out the *** thought I worked at *****. If he had read even one of my emails he would have known I was the one trying to apply for financing. This company is an absolute joke and waste of my time. 7 days and nothing has been resolved and no progress on financing. Don't waste your time with them.
