    **************** and warranty repair are a nightmare. My chair is still broken after a month of trying to get service, they are the worse company Ive ever dealt with

    I purchased a chair from this store in 2018. One of the legs broke two weeks ago and I visited the store on 10/23/2024 to inquire about a warranty on the chair. I was told the leg was covered and they would order the replacement part immediately and expected to be able to receive the part by the end of the week and make the repair to the chair no later than 10/31/2024. I called the store on 10/25/2024 to inquire about the replacement part. The person that answered said that had to research the claim and would call me back. There was never a call back. I visited the store on 10/28/2024, speaking to the same person I had met on 10/23/2024. While he apologized for my not receiving a call back from 10/25/2024, he said the part would arrive on 11/2/2024, and they would call me when the part arrived at the store. I called the store on the afternoon of 11/2/2024 and was told they needed to research the matter and promised to call me back. No call back. I called the Relax the Back franchisor on 11/4/2024 and they said they would call the ******** franchisee and have them call me immediately. No call back. I spoke directly with the manufacturer on 11/7/2024. They confirmed no warranty claim had ever been made by the store, and they would be happy to resolve my claim directly. I have NO confidence in Relax the Back providing any level of customer service nor representing the truth.
