Doxo is a BIG SCAM since 2022 they 're taking money out of my account religiously $ 5.99 fee without service. One day I was paying my electric bill with MG&E doxo come up I thought that's the middle man who collected the payment. I call the electric company they say a lot of people make that mistake .I called Doxo asap tell the lady I spoke to I don't need the service I'm fully capable to pay my bills without a middle man, therefore refund my money asap ,still for 36 months they are taking my money each month 5.99 didn't provide any service for me .I called doxo 7/15/2025 screaming on phone for them to stop stealing from me they ONLY refund 4 payments and send me an email stating my subscription ended 7/20/2025 I was clear from day one I don't need their service but they like to milk people or scam them Badly so sad .

My car insurance bill came to me by Doxo email. I paid ******, ***** more than the bill, was charged an 8.23 fee for using my credit card. The charge was put in as a cash advance. Later when looking at my credit card bill I notice a cash advance listed. I was charged a total of *****. It cost me ***** to use Doxo. This company is a scam operation. I caution anyone against using them.doxo Inc

Doxo NEVER works for any of my billing needs. The town I moved to insists on using it. Even though two of my bills that I have paid through DOXO never got paid. My bank shows where DOXO pay took it, but when I call DOXO they have no idea what I'm talking about. This company is a joke when I called to resolve the issue the *** sounded high out their mind and like they couldn't care less. 10/10 don't recommenddoxo Inc

Based on the details you provided, we were able to confirm you contacted our User Support team twice on January 28, 2025. During those conversations, you mentioned a payment of $109.75 that you believed was made through doxo, but you did not specify the ****** the payment was intended for. At the conclusion of those interactions, it was agreed that you would follow up with your bank to verify the payment. Since then, we have not received any further information from you.
For your reference, we can confirm two successful payments made through doxo: one on February 10, 2025, and another on May 12, 2025. Both payments were directed to Mountaineer Gas.
