Platinum Motors BEWARE !!! I commend anyone that has had a good experience here cause you were very Lucky. First when you call and make an appointment to view a vehicle they never show up until approximately an hour later. Then they attempt to immediately offer you to look at another vehicle at a much higher price. Next when they do bring the vehicle that you intended to see to this location, its very difficult to get them to let you take the vehicle to a shop to have it inspected. So finally when you do get an appointment at a shop which is usually another day, they tell you they have other people that are looking at it also so you need to put a deposit down on it so they can hold it for you, DONT DO IT!!! After you allow them to deposit the deposit electronically into their account, they then say you have to sign a no return deposit document. If you refuse to sign they then say they cant reverse the deposit then it will take a few days. Now you come back to have the vehicle checked out because of a loud strange noise it has when driving. They tell you over and over that their mechanic said it was a minor issue that's easily fixed. Now before they allow you to take the vehicle to a shop for an inspection, they insist you must sign all the purchase documents along with payment, AGAIN DONT DO IT!! Once you say that you are going to walk away then, they call the owner and apparently now its OK to go to the shop without signing anything. So you go to the shop and find out that its a major issue to repair and no real mechanic would ever indicate that it was a minor issue. So you go back and return the vehicle telling them what the the inspector indicated the major issue is and asked who their mechanic is. Finally it comes out they don't even have a mechanic. Then they attempt to say they only thought it was a minor issue and they are not mechanic's. Try to get your deposit or even half of it back is a lost cause, so if you did give them a deposit, forget it.

On 04/28 i went to platinum motors located at ************************************ and they sold me a vehicle for $7k. The vehicle was only good for a few weeks, and it broke down. I believe the vehicle had a problem before they sold it to me but because i was a female and a refugee, i believe they took advantage of me. They didn't even bother to talk to me after i visited a few weeks later. They told me it was not their problem. They had asked me to give them a good review at beginning but didn't do that. Please be careful dealing with this people. They will take your money and will end up with a melon.
