      The cancellation function does not work, and they have continued to charge me for a dead account that I cannot cancel. The support for dealing with those issues does not respond. I have been trying to cancel the account for 12 months to no avail.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have conducted an internal investigation, based on the details you have provided, and have been able to identify the reason for the confusion.

      The initial request to terminate services was made December of 2022 and completed at that time. All future invoices were stopped until March 2023 when the account was accessed and reactivated to a solo seat plan. Invoices were again started in March and utilized previous account credits until November 2023 when those credits ran out. Per your newest request to our support team, yesterday November 28,2023, we have terminated your account and issued the requested credit.

      We hope this clears up any confusion and our support team is available if you would like to discuss any of these details further.

      At no point did I opt into being charged again. The credit card information stored needs to be removed.
