    SAP Concur will not stop contacting our business, they are trying to reach an employee who left the position 11 years ago, I have tried to be nice, I have tried to explain that the employee no longer works at our company and that we do not want their services. I receive at least one call every day and I cannot block their numbers because they constantly call from different lines and because I work at a business, I cannot just not answer the call. I am sick and tired of these people and it has become harassment.

    Their new look and two way verification is causing one too many issues. It's not just their look, but the ability to even book a flight... terrible. We have an admin account too, but now because of the two way verification, I need to bug someone on their time off just to get a code since it only goes to one person. Trying to get someone on the line who knows their jobs is a task. It's just a bad business all around.

    At one time I listened to the business review to see if we were interested and decided we did not want to use the program. That was over a year ago. Since then we have received at least a phone call a month to schedule a follow-up meeting, to which I have told more than one sales rep to remove us from their list. They will not stop calling us and it is frustrating.

    the worst imaginable customer support. Feels like they're doing everything in their power to make users give up and not contact them in any way (not that there is any way to contact them).Total disrespect to their customers.

    This company keeps calling ** daily. I have told them numerous times to quit calling our company. The gal when she calls says this is ****** calling on behalf of *************************. When I keep asking for the company name she repeats the above. The call today started out the same way and I kept repeating ************ are you with? She finally said Concur. I told her Please do not call this number anymore. We do not want you to call. She said ok. From reading the reviews below I would never do business with this company. I want to give it zero stars but it would not let me.
