      I moved to ****** after over a decade away from ***** and after several months, I was looking for community in the same season of life to experience the city with. I am glad that several of my close friends from college live in ******, but they're married with kids now, so I didn't have single friends to go to trivia on a weeknight, or concerts, or weekend events that conflicted with their kids' games. I found E&A and it's been amazing! It's definitely an investment, financially, but it's an investment in my social life and mental health. Loneliness is literally an epidemic these days (the Surgeon General's report last spring and the articles that have been written about that are remarkable), and E&A has provided a great community to alleviate the loneliness that comes with moving to a new city in your mid-30s. It's SO WORTH IT! I've found great friends that are in the same season of life (woohoo!), spent countless weekends camping, dancing, hiking, playing sports, going to dinner, celebrating holidays, laughing at murder mysteries, etc.. I've gotten to go to events that I wouldn't have expected, like fencing, archery tag, interactive art exhibits and a super glam haunted house. Any night of the week, there is something to do with a good group! I love that there are clubs in so many cities across the country, so if I'm traveling to ******* or **, I can check the calendars for those clubs and join an event! I joined this club because I was looking for community and y'all, it has delivered! Besides being a "dating app alternative," it's felt a lot like joining a club back in college - you find people who like to do the types of activities that you like! I've dated guys I've met through the group, but the friendships have been even better - I've found my girl squad through this group, you know? As far as dating goes, I love that everyone has been background checked to join the group. It's better than shooting your shot in the *** Pre Check line at the airport ;)

      I was absolutely scammed. I joined the Atlanta chapter only to find the ******** page full of the most undesirable singles you could ever meet. I called to cancel only to find out that I was responsible for $2000. I absolutely hate this establishment and believe they should be shut down. When I joined I felt pressured, they make you interview and the lady wouldnt let me get off the phone until I signed the contract. Run, do not use this business! SCAM SCAM SCAM

      If you are new to the area and are looking to meet new people and see what there is to do in the area this is the organization to join. In addition, it is a great way to possibly meet a significant other while doing activities you enjoy. I have met life long friends through this organization and recently met someone who makes me happy. When I first joined this organization I was new to the area and deeply depressed. I had just gotten out of a bad relationship and moved to ****** not knowing anyone. I quickly found a place where I could be myself have fun and meet friends for life. The event coordinator always finds fun places to hold events and interesting things to do. I had never heard of whirly ball, bubble soccer, fowling/pintoss, activate games, etc. There are also several restaurants and places I would have never gone to if I didn't join. Events are held everyday of the week and you can go to as many or as little as you want. If I can't attend an event and just want to hangout with someone I can easily pick up the phone and call someone. In addition, there are away trips to other states and countries you can go to that is all organized for you. If you are unhappy and looking for a place to meet friends, a significant other, find interesting places to go to and have fun join Events and Adventures of ******.

      I jointed E&A when I needed to meet some single friends. I was immediately dedicated to attend at least 2 events per week. I made amazing new fiends and did things I never would have done on my own. my favorite event was ************* and flying on the trapeze. I loved having the months events all planned and I am grateful for this amazing experience.

      E&A offers opportunities to enjoy events around town that I found appealing while allowing me to feel connected to a group even when I did not know anyone. By the time I went to 4-5 events I began to see familiar faces and began to make genuine connections and friendships.I went into this commitment knowing it would be a financial investment (as it is not cheap), but I disagree with the other reviews describing it as a scam.The money investment helped me stay committed and kept my focus on being intentional about meeting people and building ************** goal was to try to attend one event a week. My membership was flexible and I was able to pause it for a month at a time (up to 3 times) if I was traveling or had a busy month at work.I am happy to share that I have met many people from all different walks of life and enjoyed the conversations and experiences I participated in over the last year. I made a handful of friends that have brought so much joy and happiness into my life in *******.

      I have met the BEST people in this group! Literal friendships to last a lifetime. If youre looking for a good time and fun activities to keep you motivated to get up and off the couch we are your people!!

      Events & Adventures makes having a social life in a big city so easy. The events are fun and scattered throughout the greater area. The managers work so hard to keep things fresh and listens to member ideas for things people want to do. The travel is 5 star all the way, both domestic and international.

      E&A is fantastic organization. I love the variety of events each month.I have met a lot of great people and made lifelong friendships.Its a great way to meet people and try new things.

      So, I've been a member of Events and Adventures for some time now and I am happy to say that I am still a current member. I have enjoyed a lot of incredible activities such as camping, kayaking, zip-line, archery, gun range, ****************, trapeze lessons. ice curling, fencing (sword fighting), indoor and outdoor skydiving, and many more. I'm also going to travel with this group for the first time internationally, as well. There's so much to do, we even go to outings around the ******* land like up to *********, or over in *******. If you love to go out and spend time with some really nice down-to-earth people, then Events and Adventures is for you.
