      I am writing to file a complaint against Lucas Express for their poor service and lack of responsibility regarding the shipment of my packages. On January 14, 2023, I used Lucas Express to ship several packages, one of which was never received. It was actually not trackable since Feb 15, 2023. The missing package had a value of $160, and I paid $20.09 for the shipping fee.Despite numerous attempts to contact customer support, I have received no help from Lucas Express. The person on WeChat merely repeated customer support templates and was unable to assist me in any way. Furthermore, the phone number provided on their website (**********************************************************) is not reachable, making it nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company.I demand that Lucas Express take responsibility for the lost package and provide me with a full refund for the value of the package and the shipping fee. Additionally, I urge the company to improve their customer service and make their contact information more accessible to customers.I have attached the tracking number for the missing package (LX104509719-1259852014804) for your reference. I hope that you can help me resolve this matter and hold Lucas Express accountable for their actions.Thank you for your time and attention.
