Dear Sir/*****,I called the dentist *********** two months ago, because my mother dental implant by him totally failed, the dental crown for the implant dropped off and got inflammation around the implant position, my mother was in *****, the ******* doctor couldn't do anything for my mother, except doing a surgery to take out the implant, but the doctor thought my mother's age and health situation was not suitable to do the surgery. ******* doctor let me contact with *********** to find a way to give my mother some treatment. When I called ***********, he was so arragant and rude with me, he said nothing he can do about it. I said I paid you totaly about $10,000 at 2017, you did an inappreciate dental implant for my mother, it was a dental malpratice, until now the failed implant still let my mother suffer pain, we spend a lot money to do some treatment for your failed implant. However, *********** said:"it's none of his business, he even ****'t return me one cent back." The dentist *********** did three implan for my mother, one failed implant he took it out after one month he finished his implant, another two failed implant keep to now. It's a terrible experience. He exacted a tooth for my mother that was an infected tooth, I knew it later he should wait one month until the inflammation was gone, then maybe he may implant a tooth at that position, but he extracted it, and implanted the tooth on after two days. Just a few days my mom's mouth had a bad smell, because the implant were failed , *********** was nothing to do at that time, he didn't tell us the implant were failed, so we were waiting until the day he told my mom, he was failed to do implant that needed to be extracted. But he just extracted one, it's too difficult to extract it, the procedure for the extraction my mother sufffered a lot of pain , the dentist ** injected four times anaesthetics , my mother still felt pain, when it finished, my mother felt dizzy and vomit. Some of complications happened because of it.

I have to say there are a lot of information presented by *** is misleading, I do not want to spent too much time here to argue with her as this is not a place to convince her that we handled her mothers case in a very professional way. The problem is that the patient could not accept the risk of failure of any dental procedures. Before the treatment, we fully disclosed the risk of failure for any surgical procedures, including dental implants and patient acknowledged by signing consent forms. But in term of facing the actual failure, this patient became irrational and agitated, she refused to work with us to resolve the problem and began to seek legal action in hoping to take advantage of the situation. The state dental board intervened and found us doing nothing wrong or unprofessional. The patient still has unpaid balance for her treatments. If the patient could be more rational, this issue would be resolved in a more pleasant *********** implants do get fail sometime, and this happens in any dental offices. There is no guarantee.

I am rejecting this response because:

Thank you for responding. *********** is wrong to say that the **************** ***** of ****** Examiners said he did nothing wrong and the reason for stopping was that we needed to provide evidence to substantiate his grossly irresponsible failures to treat his patients. The State ***** of ****** Examiners ******************* asked me to resubmit my complaint against *********** and gave me the website for your complaint. My mother has been going to the dentist, and other doctors, since *********** removed one of her inappropriate implanted teeth. The damage he did to me has not ended even now, leaving my mom in pain for the rest of her life. I paid *********** in full for all the dental implants and visits, I have credit card records of the payments to him and he acknowledges this fact, it is strange that he is still creating balance. At that time, I asked him to refund all the expenses for our treatment and to cover the cost of our follow-up treatment because of the physical damage and financial loss he caused to my mother because of his improper dental implants, and he said he would discuss it with his insurance company. The area where he gave my mom the dental implant kept getting red and inflamed, and we went to many dentists in ****************. I went to see him to ask if he had any more treatment options and when to refund our money and how to handle the cost of the follow-up treatment. ******'s wife was the receptionist who cursed at us and *********** also had a bad attitude and told me that he would not refund any money. My mother was so angry with them that her blood pressure was high. When we saw other dentists in ****************, these dentists were sympathetic to my mom and told us to file a complaint with the **************** government's dental board for their poor behavior and for us to get a lawyer to *** him. But I didn't have time for that, my mom had many complications due to ******'s improper dental implants, I needed to take her to different doctors, the two remaining implanted teeth kept getting inflamed and couldn't eat, my mom was very weak and needed someone to devote a lot of time and energy to take care of her, and then I had to take her back to ***** to continue her treatment.

I filled out the complaint form on October 5, and on the morning of October 6, I called you guys to confirm the complaint and misdialed the phone number of the *********** clinic, and I asked the operator if it was the business bureau, and I filed a complaint against *********** dentist and asked him to refund my payment. She pretended to be you and told me that my complaint was terminated and that I owed *********** money in a bad tone. Not only did *********** not refund us a *****, but he fabricated that we still owed him for the treatment, he went too far, and he fabricated that we owed him for the treatment in retaliation for our complaint against him.

The dentist, ***********, has been lying from the beginning to the present. My mother had an inflamed tooth, and after he removed it, he promoted his implant, which my mother and I disagreed with because we didn't know anything about dental implants, and he said that his dental implants were 100% successful, and that the implanted teeth were better than our own teeth and improved our quality of life. We believed him under his deception and he gave my mother three dental implants including one in the location of the inflamed tooth that had been extracted. After a month or so, my mother's implanted tooth site had a terrible odor, and he told us that we needed to remove the tooth implant that had become inflamed and smelled bad implant teeth. My mother felt pain and was missing a piece of her gums, but *********** said it was okay to be missing gums. After *********** removed the dental implant, my mother became dizzy and nauseous and could no longer walk. When I went to the pharmacy to pay for the prescription, I found out that *********** gave me a wrong prescription but to go to him the next day to get a new prescription. I was so impressed that I took a picture of the prescription and sent it to ***********, so I still have it. This prescription proves that *********** is a dentist who has no professional ethics and takes other people's lives and health unseriously. He deceived us into planting teeth that were not suitable for implantation, and the damage caused by this has not been refunded until today, and he told me that he would not refund a ***** and would *** ******** you wanted to, and he would accompany.

My mother is still seeing the dentist today, and is still seeking treatment for the two remaining unsuitable implants, and is also being treated for the complications caused by the unsuitable implants. All the medical expenses were borne by ourselves, and *********** not only did not return a single ***** to us, but also very excessively created a balance, and I have all the bills for all the paid expenses. I request a fair solution for us, so that *********** can refund all the treatment costs we paid to him and bear the subsequent treatment costs incurred.

I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Sincerely,
