  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This business is a joke. Before signing up I saw their marketing that they provide refunds if youre unhappy with their service. So I signed up, opened the document, started filling it out and saw that it wasnt going to be sufficient for my needs and immediately requested a refund. Because I opened the document, they were only willing to give back about half of the $785 Id spent. Im all for a service charge for my mistake but thats just ridiculous. When emailing them, they just give the same scripted responses regardless of how many people you speak to. Theyre definitely benefiting off the plight of people wanting a simple divorce.

  Going into the divorce process I had heard that it could be costly and mentally frustrating. Having spoken with an attorney, just the retainer was more than we could afford. And since we hadn't been married that long, we decided we would each leave with what we came in with. With no need for deliberations, we opted to handle the process ourself. That said though, we knew having some assistance would be needed. A guiding hand. I was referred to a local company, and when they never responded back, I recalled having seen divorce.com on a ****** search I had previously done during a time I could see it becoming our conclusion. The reviews I saw made me feel comfortable in going that route, and the fee and the fact that they guide and prepare the forms also made me feel better. The process was straight forward and the website easy to navigate and understand. If ever I had a question I was able to get in touch with my case agent quite promptly. One of the best things I found useful, is when they send the forms to you. They send a sample with the original. It's clearly labeled. It's even color coded. It was like having an attorney right next to me during the filling out process. Absolutely gave me a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. The only way to mess it up is if I didn't follow the step by step instructions. Kudos on that part. A coworker is going throughna divorce and I recommended they use divorce.com. Marriage is very easy. Divorce is quite terrifying. But divorce.com really helped us out. It's a service I'm quite pleased with.

  Divorce.com will market to its customers at every opportunity before, during, and after you pay them. Example, when you call their contact number on their website for support, they route you to a service (I got medical alert because I'm 50+) based on your age or other demographic. It's really frustrating when youre just trying to get things done. (Before deciding on them, go to their web site and call to see how you will be treated.)I'm in the middle of this process now.... will be following up with a final review as soon as this is completed. I'll be fair based on how things are going forward. We'll see. If I knew then what I know now, I'd go someplace else.

  This company is a complete scam they charge you to access their website, dont inform you that it have to be mutual, and will refuse a refund stating that because you have access to their site is what youre paying for. I spent over $600 to have them tell me send an extra $49 to have papers sent back to me because the other party didnt sign only after to tell me it wouldnt go thru because they didnt sign and I cant get a refund after 30 days. A complete scam! I would give them a negative star if I could .

  Complete Scam. upcharged me to platinum service without my consent and refused to refund my order because of "their policy". complete scam and waste of money. They also lied to me, saying that the fees include the legal fees, and waited until after the refund window to tell me that they arent covered. complete waste of money.

  I purchased @ $800 in services, including attorneys fees, through divorce.com. However, before they provided any services, I found out that they could not assist me with my case since it would be a contested divorce. I submitted my request for a refund within the 30 day window according to their policy but never heard from them. When I contacted them about my refund, they told me they did not receive my request (despite email evidence showing that I was seeking a refund and instructions from them which I followed). Aside from answering a few questions to determine if Divorce.com was a right fit (which, as it turns out not to be in my case). I've contacted Divorce.com several times to discuss my refund to no resolve. Very disappointed and would not recommend using this company.
