    I attempted to make an order with this company. This company has the wrong address for my residence. After several attempts to correct the address this company will not ship to my address.

    The transaction happened February the 7th. This was a purchase that I made a while ago but I never received anything in the mail they sent me an email of some videos or something from my purchase but not anything physically in the mail that is what I was expecting. So I've been trying to get in contact with them to email and phone calls so I can cancel my service it is **** near impossible to cancel this service cuz nobody never answers the phone even after the automated computer says we answer calls between 8:00 and 5:00 never responds I just want to cancel my membership

    I placed one order with this company; I did not sign up for auto-delivery. But now, I'm being charged for another order for $60.00. I have received no communication from the company regarding shipment, etc. I have emailed and called without a response. The purchase was ordered as a gag gift and I made sure I wasnt ordering something with a recurring auto shipment. This company is a scam.

    I ordered a male enhancement creme from vavanto and paid extra for faster shipping. I ended up getting at 45$ refund because they could not offer me faster shipping. When i finally got the product they attempted to charge me $60 for a so called growth plan that i never subscribed to on 3 separate occasions . I reached out to them vavanto explaining i never asked for a growth plan or ever subscribe to one the woman jem said i know its hard to remember subscrtions you make but ill cancel the subscription anyway . Again i never subscribed to pay 60$ monthly for advice or opened the email they tried to say i got value from . I just want them to stop trying to charge me for a subscription i never authorized

    This is a copy of my emails with 0 response and here is their 30 day refund promise: I sent the first notice before the 30 days with no response. Thanks *********************** I talked to a *** a few days ago poor answers and response. If I don't hear about my refund that your compant guaranteed as stated in 3 previous reuests ( well within the 30 days) I will file a compaint with BBB. I do have all the emails with info when I started my requests.
