    If I could leave zero stars I would. How there isnt hundreds of bad reviews about this company already is beyond me. BUYER BEWARE. Getting in touch with the company takes days, they never answer the phone, ever. I purchased a specific model bike and they sent the wrong one. I didnt realize it was the wrong box until it was out of the box and the box was destroyed. The company offered to compensate me for the difference in pay which was 200$ LESS than what I paid so theyd owe me money. 4 emails later low and behold the bike isnt on sale anymore so they cant give me a refund for the amount, AND I cant return the bike I didnt want AND DIDNT ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE. Convenient, right?
