    I was quoted $1,657 for a small section of fence work in my back yard. I was told only when the work was started, and halfway completed, that it would be an additional $900 plus tax to complete this quoted job. I havent changed the scope of work, and this job was left for a week now not completed. Im asking to only pay half the quoted job, $830 since only half this work was done. Or Im asking for this company to return and complete this job at the cost of material only since the labor or scope of work hasnt changed. Im looking to find a solution quickly and this company has been unresponsive. It was left in worst shape than it was when this job started. This is very unprofessional.

    We have contacted the customer and have resolved the issue with them.   We were asked to reuse materials and made a good faith effort to do that, however we guarantee our work, and the materials were too weathered to reuse.  We presented a revised quote for the materials; however she had already contacted another provider to complete the work.  We reduced our invoice to reflect only the work completed, and that invoice has been paid by the customer.
