    I am needing assistance on receiving a refund for my returned product. I placed an online order on the Govee website on 6/17/25 which consisted of the "Govee Strip Light 2 Pro 16.4 ft" for $79.99. After receiving the product in the mail, I realized it was not compatible with my equipment. I reached out to Govee **************** to request a shipping label. I then went to the postal office on 6/24 to ship the product back. I paid $19.60 to send in mail. On 7/6/25 I had not heard back so I send an email to the customer service department for an update on my return. As of the submission of the complaint, 7/15/25, I have not received my 30 day guarantee refund, or any response on my return.     Initially, we were unable to process the refund due to the absence of a tracking number for the returned package. As per our standard procedures, we require customers to provide us with a valid return tracking number to facilitate the refund process.

    Upon receiving your request, we promptly reached out to the customer, requesting the return tracking number for this specific order. Once we obtained the necessary tracking information, we swiftly processed a full refund for the order in question.

    Govee Heaters have been recalled. They overheat and can burn down the house. I have heaters that were gifted to me when I was repairing my house and we had no heat. 10 heaters to be precise.. They are giving me a hard time getting my refund because I do not have receipt. What do I do with my heater that can burn my house down? My heater was gifted to me. I sent them the info now they are asking for stickers from the box? The heaters are gifted to me a year ago while I had no heat in my home. They approved 6 heaters but now they are giving me a heats time asking for thing that No one is going to have. Who keeps the box to the beater a year later? This company is horrible and if my home burns down it will Be there fault

    Thank you for your message. Goveelife has been conducting a recall for certain space heaters since November 7, 2024. 

     To be reimbursed under the recall program, each consumer must submit certain information required by the agreement entered into by Govee and the *****

    The required information is clearly explained on the recall website.   

    Govee timely fulfills each properly submitted recall request.  

    It is important for each consumer to follow the instructions in the recall announcement and on the recall website to cease using any of the recalled units. 

    Govee will continue to investigate this report and will handle it in accordance with the agreed to recall protocols.

    I am rejecting this response because: i already submitted my pictures with serial number. I provided what they need with what I had as heater was a gift. I cut the cord. supplied the serial number.  took pictures and submitted.

    Hello,I purchased a Govee space heater via ****** and received a safety recall notice in November 2024. I promptly followed the return protocol (cutting wires, submitting photos, etc.), but have yet to receive the electronic check promised for the recall. Despite multiple calls (including with a helpful California-based representative) and emails confirming the check was sent, Ive found nothing in my inbox or spam. Five months later, the issue remains unresolved, and my follow-ups have been dismissed. Could you kindly assist in expediting this refund? Id greatly appreciate your supportShi *** ***

    I am sorry for the late reply since the message was in the spam box.

    As for the recall, we usually send refund throug e-check, but it seems that customer did not receive the e-check through email.

    We had cancled the e-check and refunded the heater through Amazon order.
