The actual move was June 2022. The company promised me that all my boxes and stuff will be safe in their warehouse storage, and also insisted to unpack all my boxes before the move in June 2022 to ******** due to my boxes were not in great condition due to the rain in *******. They promised me nothing will be lost during the storage, unpacking, and move process. However, when I received my boxes, I found out I lost all my valuable items with total value over USD *****.
