We have paid our bill monthly and yet recently they sent a bill for over $1700. This is well in excess of our usual customer recharges. We asked for some transparency regarding regarding the charges and they could not provide an itemized monthly invoicing. What charges we could see were not valid. For example, providing toner is part of our contractual agreement with them. Yet several times we had to call and ask for toner which they could not supply. Not only did they fail to proactively provide it, they didn't provide it at all. We had to pay out of pocket to order some on ******. They have refused to reimburse us for this toner and are charging us for the calls placed. This is clearly not a fair business practice. We have paid our invoice every month diligently, we have canceled our contract. The solution that we are seeking is for it. This account to be closed with no further charges.

We have been trying to cancel our contract which was originally with **** and transferred at some point to Xerox since June of 2024, I have contacted them through phone, and email. They have still not cancelled the account, each time telling me Ive emailed the wrong email or that they have no record of the request and giving me another email to email. They now are willing to cancel but only effective 30 days after the date of the initial request (once proof of request is submitted) which was made by phone so there is no proof to submit and the next request was nearly 45 days later in email. Ive made a total of 9 email requests to get to this point and countless phone calls. I have copies of all the emails sent. They continue to invoice me for approximately $430 which I have not paid.

I am writing to file a complaint against QBSI Xerox for charging my company for over ***** color copies when our machine was unplugged and in our closet. This is a clear case of fraud and misrepresentation. We rented a Xerox machine from QBSI Xerox in June of 2015 and used it for a few years until we got a new smaller printer in ************************************************ our closet and we never used the machine again after early 2021.However, in April 2023, we received an invoice from QBSI Xerox for over ***** color copies made in Jan- April 2023. This is impossible since the machine was not in use and was not connected to any power source or network. We tried to dispute this charge with QBSI Xerox but they refused to listen to us or provide any proof of their claim. We contacted their customer service by phone and email several times but we received inconsistent and contradictory information. They gave us different billing dates and periods that did not match when we were using the machine. They also ignored our requests for evidence of the true billing date and the number of copies made.We even escalated this issue to our sales rep who promised to push it up to their billing department but we never heard back from them. We have been trying for over two months to reach a resolution but we have not received any response or acknowledgment from QBSI Xerox. We are very frustrated and disappointed with QBSI Xeroxs lack of professionalism and honesty. We feel that they are trying to scam us and take advantage of us.We request that QBSI Xerox cancel this invoice and erase this charge from our account. We also request that they apologize for their mistake and their poor customer service. We do not want to pay for something that we did not use or authorize. We have attached copies of our email correspondence with QBSI Xerox as evidence of our claim. We hope that you can help us resolve this issue as soon as possible.

QBSI is refusing to communicate with us about our contract. We have made several phone calls and sent many emails, but they will not talk to us, resolve the situation, or take any perceivable action. We are not happy at all. Late last year (2022), we requested a termination of a contact that we had for years. We got good service and had no major complaints during that time, but the size of our church is down and we cannot afford the cost. We received a confirmation of the termination from Xerox and another one from QBSI. Termination was to take place at the end of the yearly contract, which was 2-7-2023. In Feb 2023, we received a bill for a new year contract, We did not pay the bill and contacted ****. They questioned the termination, so we sent them the proof. We got no response. Since that time, we have called and emailed numerous times to all the referred contacts, but received no response. We used an old contact for our former rep and had some communication, but after sending (yet again) the termination confirmation emails we had received, all communications stopped again. We have QBSI's printer (not using it), and we have requested they pick it up. No response. Today is April 20, 2023 and we still have received no response. Frankly, this is not good business practice.
