This company is involved in bit-and-switch *******. **** and ***** was supposed to build an *** for me, he initially asked me for 5k to build the app, few days later asked $2500 more for added features. Few days later invoice me 12k for marketing, $5700 for Developers accounts, and 15k for virtual server. Just when I thought the *** was going to go live, they sent another invoice for $33,382.09 USD claiming its for newly introduced compliance and security requirements mandated by ****** App Store and ****** Play Store as of 2025 and they werent aware of it.

    Business Response

    To Whom It May Concern,

We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Mr. ***** *******. We respectfully reject the allegations presented, as they are both inaccurate and intentionally misleading. The complainant has mischaracterized the facts and omitted important context related to the mobile app development project in question.

    Key Clarifications:

1- No Binding Contract **************************** did not sign any formal agreement specifying timelines, scope, payment obligations, or refund policies. Despite this, we proceeded professionally to meet the evolving demands of the client, in good faith.

2- Agreed-Upon Payments: All payments were made voluntarily by the client after approval of scope expansions. Each invoice was transparently issued following his requests for:
    - Additional features
    - Marketing services
    - Developer accounts setup
    - Cloud server configuration
    - Optional security compliance upgrades

3- Completion and Good ******************************************* shifting requirements, we have consistently communicated our willingness to complete and deliver the application without requesting further payments. We have asked on multiple occasions for a live walkthrough to finalize deployment, which the client has avoided.

4- Retaliatory Nature of Complaint: The client has repeatedly used legal threats and public defamation in response to technical timelines, even after we waived further payments and assured him of app completion. This complaint appears to be retaliatory rather than an effort to resolve a legitimate concern.

    Business Position:
    - We are not liable for a refund, as substantial work has been completed and documented.
    - We retain evidence of all communications, invoices, feature lists, and deliverables.
    - We remain willing to launch the mobile application as per the previously discussed scope, at no additional cost to the client.
    - We ask that BBB consider this full context in evaluating the legitimacy of the claim.

    Sincerely,
    Desverso LLC

The work is being done as we speak. I hired a lawyer to handle the situation.
