      I had a terrible experience with Mattress Depot USA Outlet at ******************************************************. The mattress started sagging badly within 15 days of purchase (almost 2 inches of sag in multiple places). I found out that I had been given the last piece in their inventory for that manufacturer and they are not even selling mattresses from the manufacturer any more. The sales person had pushed out the last defective piece to me. I filed the warranty claim, and it was approved by the manufacturer. But the store is now putting conditions that (a) I have to buy another mattress from the same store to take benefit of the warranty claim credit (b) I cannot get the credit back in cash (c) If I avail the warranty claim, I will still need to pay for the disposal of the old defective mattress and delivery of a new one (d) I need to complete the purchase within the month. I don't trust the store any more. Why should I buy from the same store? The mattress sagging issue is not my fault, but a manufacturing defect acknowledged by the manufacturer and approved. Why should I pay for the disposal and delivery?

      Mr. ******** are sorry that the manufacturer warranty is not exactly what you wish it to be. Every mattress ******* ******** Tempurpedic, etc.) sold, even if it was a clearance mattress like the one you purchased, from any retail store (even our competition) has a warranty that is ONLY supported by the manufacturer and is NOT through the retail stores. This ensures that if the mattress store you purchased from does not exist after your purchase you are always supported through the manufacturer. If you look at the warranty card for the Therapedic mattress is does specifically specify under: What is NOT covered under the manufacturer warranty - Transportation, Inspection, and/or Removal Costs. If the mattress is moved ********************************************************************** their warranty contract. The manufacturer has given you approval on your claim and they are willing to give you the "original retail" value of the mattress on your original sales order (most manufacturers only give the original wholesale cost which is less than the retail value). You are free to use that original mattress sales order value toward another mattress at the store you originally purchased from. You are free to pick any quality of mattress that we sell and you do not have to pick the same manufacturer. But, the manufacturer warranty does not cover Transportion, Inspection and/or Removal Costs. If you need another copy of the warranty card we are willing to supply it to you for your reference.
