    I tried this app thinking it may be convenient to use compared to other remittance apps. I tried to send about 3k dollars to my family who needed the fund. but to my great disappointment, transaction got stuck in review process. When I reached out, this is the answer I got : We ask for your understanding as internal review is currently being delayed due to an increase in remittance volume.I am sorry. I do not understand. No eta, no explanation why I am under review, no explanation of what I can do.I will ask for refund after waiting for 5 more days without any change in status. Hopefully the refund process goes well. Otherwise this place is basically a scam.
