      This has been the most painful experiene with a bank in all of my life. *************** (***********, **) likes to talk over your head and prefers not to email so there is no evidence when you try to file a complaint. She will call and talk to your husband when the wife is the one leaving her messages. She got us a loan, but after all was said and done, the process took longer then it needed to because of many things the company overlooked and the lack of efficiency that have in their back office. The claim this is a one time closing and no second refinancing so you savce over $3k and that the loan automatically roles over into a P&I Loan at the end but thats not true. You do save $3k in refinancing BUT you eat $10K in the interest only payments you have to make in the months after the construction process was complete. Their inefficiency (maybe this is on purpose so they make money) and lies of an automatic process at the end, make them well beyond the $3k they "Saved" us.. RUN. ***** also used to work for UMPQUA and convinced us that Evergreen was better and fed us lies about UMPQUA so we wouldnt pursue them. Stay away from this company.

      I was approved for a small loan. My credit score was 800. Yet they gave me the same rate on a 15 year loan as the thirty year loan. Because they knew my circumstances. I would not use them again

      My experience with evergreen was exceptional. This may be do to having ********************* as my lending agent I dont know it was my first time using them..Summer is a person I was able to give my compleat trust too and do to my past experiences this is something that is very difficult for me. Its the first time in a half dozen home purchases I was not disappointed.
