    We have been waiting three weeks to have information on our account changed so we can ***** money a client deposited into the QuickBooks account. Everytime we call we are told to wait ***** hrs for a link. After waiting and no link comes we call back and are put with a representative named ******* that could care less that there is a problem. Her non chalant attitude is well they closed all the cases and I can't do anything. So you ask what can I do then, and she says well I guess if you want you can try to start over. How about if I talk to a manager. (Her) well I can do that if you really want but they aren't going to help you either. We insist and now we have been on hold for 15 minutes while she maybe does something. In the mean while it's been 3 weeks of this wait ***** hour nonsense. And still I can't access the money all because I can't get a link on a phone number from 15 years ago and they can't fix there system.

    We have spoke with them 3 times this week and they now have a copy of his driver's license and everything else we can think of. Today we called, the first call back they hung up on us, the second call back the person took all his info, put him on hold then after waiting 5 mins or so that person hung up. Then we put another request in and that system called and hung up. The third time we got a girl that said it *** take weeks to get this to work and that there is nothing else anyone can do but sit and wait because it has been sent to a department that no one works in and no one can talk to us from there, there are no supervisors in that department and it doesn't matter that we have been doing this for 3 weeks and that the money was deposited in there system Nov 3rd. We just have to put a request in and wait for an email. (This is what everyone says,wait for an email that never comes) Christmas is in 4 days and my employees haven't been paid, I can't pay for Christmas and everything is just waiting for an imaginary person that *** or *** not read and process this request. All other requests for this to happen have gone to this department and then been closed without a word. No explanation, no emails, no text or calls. Just close and don't tell anyone. How can q company keep 6000$ from a client they have had for 18years. What do I have to do to get this resolved.

    This is not our complaint, request you to please check properly as this seems intuit and we r not intuit as we r a third party company who is not related with intuit at all so request you to please file against right company

    I purchased the online service of Quickbook but found no data of driving information from 7-16-2023 to the time I contact Quickbook customer service in 9-12-2023 for this. ********************** customer service told me she lets the engineer knows it but didn't tell me how to get the data of mileage data. I requested to talk to the manager and was rejected. I cancelled the service because I need to purchase another *** to record it and already lost few month data when this will be a trouble for me as a small business owner. I emailed quickbook in 9-14-2023 to refund my payment when their *** has quality problem. Until now, I didn't get any response from Quickbook. The cost for me is more than what I paid for the non-working App when I had cross state business trip by driving by myself. I didn't feel Quickbook cares about it at all but I lose those data by cancelled previous App for this function when I purchased Quickbook and the *** has this function which not record the data. I didn't feel the customer of ********************** cares it at all and no any response for so expensive product without quality.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I still don't know what that quickbook from Intuit and this company are and obviously they different company. I paid to Intuit quickbook. Do you mind to forward this compain to ***************************?
