Would I use this company again? I dont think so. Long story short - you need to be ready to spend the time to self-advocate and manage the sub contractors. We thought we were paying for expertise and project management so were unpleasantly surprised. It felt like the project managers focus was on money, not on delivering a good product or customer experience. Our project was straightforward widen/re-pave the driveway and add a retaining wall.Quality of work: poor The subcontractors that did the retaining wall work were incompetent. They poured concrete with the wrong size rebar support beams, leaving jut outs that they then cut/chipped off with hand tools. The wall started cracking immediately and the patch work they did to smooth out the chipped concrete immediately peeled off. And, even now, the wall is still not flat. They also poured concrete down our drain. The plumbers that showed up to fix the concrete-in-pipe problem initially tried to replace our piping by setting a 3 pipe inside the existing 4 pipe. We had to instruct them on how to replace the pipe correctly (use the correct size of pipe and a coupling to connect). The only competent crew was the guys who poured our asphalt. They communicated their plan for work and arrival times and were able to answer our technical questions.Communication: terrible None of the shoddy work was caught by the project manager because he wasnt present. It was up to us to point out the problems and then to advocate for (and manage) the subcontractors to do the correct fix.He overpromised and underdelivered. Everything will be done in 2, 3 days. He finished the wall. He absolutely guaranteed that the subcontractors had put gravel down in our French drain - the asphalt paver crew confirmed they had not. He didnt communicate with us - we had to send messages asking if the subcontractors were coming to work.
