  I would give a 0 rating if possible. I asked if there was a Wifi protected password or open. The man behind the counter starting yelling at me and telling me to get th F*** out. He escalated this to a point of extreme hostility... I was just trying to get access to the WiFi. He told me to take my F***ING WiFi needs and go somewhere else.BTW at 9 : 15 there were only three pastries from which to choose.Stay away from this place. This interaction was all video taped on their system. I hope the owners view this to see how their customers are being treated. I guess this explains the 3.9 rating they have.

  The business was very dirty, the floors in the main area look they hadn't been swept or mopped in ages with water stains from a plant stand leaking halfway across the floor. I noticed after I ordered, that the back counter was covered in old coffee grounds and used dishes, and the display case was covered in crumbs. When I asked for napkin I was told they didn't have any. The bathroom is also extremely dirty, the toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed weeks, and there was no paper towels and no toilet paper, also no hand dryer and I asked the owner if she was going to replacing them, and he said they didn't have any. I had stayed there as I was meeting a friend, and I noticed that instead of cleaning up some of the messes, the owner just sat in a chair on his phone, in a hallway that was also full of trash. There were a couple of customers that walked in while I was there that had to go over and tap on his shoulder to get his attention, because he was too busy on his phone. He also did not wash his hands after touching his phone before touching their food and coffee. Nor did I see him wash his hands at all throughout the two hours I was there. He was also very short and rude with everyone that walked in the door. At minimum, this place needs a health inspection. Though honestly, it sounds like it needs a new owner. Someone who takes a little pride in their work.

  the cafe looks run down & not up to health code. the own was very rude and short did not mix drink properly and was condescending. i tried to ask for my drink to be sweetened since it did not taste right and he responded how do you expect me to do that i will never return nor recommend this place.

  Cafe Cesura is owned by *****************************. He regularly insults, harasses, and makes horrible comments about customers both in the cafe and on his ****** Reviews. There was a customer who left a one-star review, and ***************************** commented "It looks like you like leaving one star reviews, maybe the autism"? And the customer was called autistic by ***** because he didn't make much eye contact while ordering. He has yelled at customers, and made insulting comments. He is a horrible person, and continues this behavior both in person and online. He may be on drugs. Someone in his condition, openly harassing people should NOT be allowed to run a business.

  Poor customer service and lack of empathy. Had a bad experience ordering coffee and gave feedback to the cafe but they didnt care.
