      I ordered a pizza through the website and provided proper instructions in the desired boxes, and my order was still given to me wrong and burnt. When i opened the box, I was disappointed, because proper ingredients were not used on my order, then when i tried to pick up a slice it fell apart because it was burnt. I am very disappointed.

      I went to mod Pizza in *************** ******** on March 3rd in the evening. I ordered a mod size pizza and a mini size pizza and a no-name cake.There were two teenagers working there who seemed incapable of doing their job because they were too busy touching each other in inappropriate ways and flirting and joking off and bumping up against each other They were so busy flirting that they couldn't actually make the pizza. The young man put so much sauce on the pizza that when they attempted to cook it, all the toppings literally slid right off. The edges of the dough were burnt but the rest was raw because it couldn't cook through the gallon of sauce. Also the cheese wasn't even melted.The next morning I attempted to contact the company through the website. I filled out the form and details but they never responded.I attempted to reach out to them via multiple social media. They never responded. I called corporate office 4 days in a row dozens of times a day and they not once picked up. They continually said to leave a message but the message function wasn't working.I finally called the store itself which may seem like the first step but it's actually the last step since they prefer things going through corporate. First, they hung up on me seven times. I literally had to keep calling back and tell them to stop hanging up. As I tried to explain to them what happened the manager herself just kept snapping saying she didn't have time for me and it wasn't her problem and I was wasting her time. She told me to go through the website which I tried to explain that I had tried many times and she kept hanging up on me. One of the times I called she said I must be lying because there's no ****** public one-star review so I went ahead and left that for her since she was so desperate to get it. Now I am filing with BBB because I want my money back. The only resolution I will accept is a refund with a personal apology by the rude manager at the *************** ** store.

      I placed an order September 17th at 740pm online via the mod pizza website for the ************ location in ******** **- the order was accepted and processed (the store was listed online as open). Once I arrived the store was closed (lights off, chairs on tables and doors locked etc). I called the restaurant and it just rang. I attempted to cancel my order online but there was no option, I attempted to cancel via the mod app but there is NO Option. I called customer service and it said they were closed and leave a message. I called again today and the same voicemail prompt came on. I have left messages and sent form requests- no reply. Today, I called the store again and was told to use the app to contact customer service but I don't see that option (other than form submissions). The guy said the ** quit Friday morning so that had to close the store that day and he couldn't help me on his end because I ordered a few days ago- BUT I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO MOD PIZZA SINCE THIS HAPPENED.I feel scammed. You take my money but I cannot cancel or get live customer service support to cancel an order or report an issue!?!? You should not have an online system if you cannot provide fast/frequent customer service, should there be a technical glitch or back end problem. I have been a rewards member and customer for a while and this is so shocking. Typically it's a smooth process and I understand things happen but where is MOD's attempt to resolve/assist with an issue?I would like a refund I ordered 2 pizzas totaling $25.81 with tax. Can someone please resolve this matter and fix your lack of customer service. Online orders should shut down when a restaurant is shut down OR there should be a refund/cancellation option or process that is clear, helpful and readily available to customers. I enjoy your pizza but this has made me reluctant to ever order again because there is no assistance should things go wrong! Please refund my money ?Order#*****************

      Thank you for reaching out! We are disappointed to hear about your experience with MOD. The District Manager has been made aware of this situation so that is does not happen in the future. I was able to see in our system that your order has been refunded on 9.19.2022. It can take 2 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. I also was able to find your Rewards account in our system and I have added 2 rewards to your account for all the inconvenience. You will be able to find your rewards under the 'Rewards' section of the app.

      Date of transaction : 08/05/2022 & 07/29/2022 Amount of money paid: ***** & ***** = ***** What the business committed to provide you: An edible pizza, with a standardized amount of cheese and toppings assembled correctly. What the nature of the dispute is: The business has provided me with two inedible pizzas. The first occurrence on July 29th included mushrooms which had gone bad, the pizza was assembled incorrectly, and inedible. The second occurrence today August 5th, the pizza has almost no cheese on it, it is center topped, and the bread is overcooked because there is barely any cheese. I contacted doordash initially, which is the service through which i ordered the food, and they did not give me a refund. So I called the store, and the manager *** told me that the store does not receive my money (which is obviously a falsehood) and could do nothing about the issue. He refused to take responsibility for his store providing inedible food to his customers. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem : ***, the manager, refused to even consider resolving the problem and told me to call doordash, even though doordash did not make the inedible food.
