On August 16, 2023, we signed a quote. August 17th, they started work. We paid them $8,000 to re-tuck and point two chimneys (scaffolding on the large chimney), add spark arrestor on the large chimney, new flashing on both chimneys. ******* the roof and treat with cleaner. During their inspection they told us we had a sound roof and it did not need to be replaced. After we hired them, they said there was rot they would have to replace the roof sheeting and add 2x4s to support the rotted existing. We paid them an additional $4,000 to complete this added work.We now have crumbling mortar and our roof is leaking at the chimneys. the flashing was never installed. I have called, texted and emailed the company to express the failure in work but they have been non-responsive.I have now looked up the company and found that they do not have a business license as they advertised on the brochure they provided. The resolution I'd like is a refund or the ability to have them pay for another contractor to fix their work. I do not trust this company or their workers. What I'd really prefer is that they get exposed for scamming prospective customers and their unscrupulous business tactics are shutdown.

The information I provided online does not appear to have come through completely.  The contractors phone number is ************.  The two primary contacts at the company are **** and *****, both last names unknown.  The work started on or about August 17th, 2023.  The first problems were communicated to **** via text on September 28th, 2023 and he respond that they would get back to us to schedule the repair.  I have left several texts, voicemails, and emails since then and we have received no response since September 28, 2023 to our request to fix the issues.
