    Unanimous review. I do not work for ***********************. But I do live in one of the building that is patrolled by his company. Valley community patrol. This building in ******* is Surrounded with homelessness and somehow even with building ( keyfobs) they manage to enter the building [ with multiple cameras installed as well]. The get into secured hallways even the parking garage. I came in one night late about 4 am. And someone was sleeping in the building inside entrance. The noise level is outrageous, slamming unit doors, children running up and down the hallways without parental involvement. The smell of urine and sometimes animal waste. Adults yelling in the hallways at hours that are appointed for " quiet time ". *** placed numerous calls reporting these issues, even called the police department on two separate occasions ( I have records). And I refuse to seek administrative assistance because one of the problems T.S. is a close friend with management. So then I face silent retaliation. Yes you can smell marijuana throughout this building, and sometimes other substances. I'm not blaming valley community by no-means. But I would suggest a more calculated approach in securing the building that they manage
